Operational Voices
Your C-suite, on tap. Functional operators that pressure-test the work.
Operational Voices are the structural seats every business needs in the room — CFO, COO, Lawyer, Economist, the Customer themselves. Each one is a method, not a person: a composite trained on the conventions of its discipline, optimised for the kind of question you'd otherwise need to book a board meeting to ask.
Use them for the unglamorous, expensive-when-skipped work: pressure-testing unit economics, stress-testing an org chart against a 40% revenue shortfall, sense-checking a contract clause before legal even sees it, hearing what your customer would actually say if they weren't being polite.

Frequently asked
Are these real consultants?
No. Each Operational Voice is a composite method, not a person. They are trained on the conventions of their discipline so they ask the questions a senior CFO, COO, or general counsel would ask — without the day rate or the calendar Tetris.
How is this different from a generic AI assistant?
Generic assistants are agreeable by default. Operational Voices are explicitly built to be hard on the idea — they ask for the burn rate, the contingency plan, the customer interview transcripts. They are designed to surface the awkward question, not to validate the founder.
Can I add an Operational Voice to my workspace?
Yes — every Operational Voice is available inside Roast for Business workspaces, alongside any Verified or Custom voices you license.
What are they NOT for?
Filing actual taxes, signing actual contracts, or replacing your actual head of finance. They are pressure-test partners, not licensed professionals. Anything that needs a regulator's sign-off needs a human with a regulator's licence.
